Canihua, Chenopodium Pallidicaule (10192) is organic and has an appearance of a very small red to dark brown colored seed with a product specific flavor and aroma. It's country of origin is Peru and is an acceptable food product for vegetarians, vegans, and lacto-vegetarians. The grains are usually roasted and ground forming a flour to cream color, which is consumed with sugar or added to soups and stews. It is also used with wheat and corn flour on breads, cakes, and puddings. With the flour, a drink can be prepared similar to the chocolate which is consumed in the highlands of Peru.

Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
