Geranyl Tiglate

Geranyl Tiglate is a nature identical aromatic substance (in compliance with European Directive 88/388, 12 June 1988) with fruity, floral, and geranium organoleptic notes. It is a clear, colorless to pale yellow liquid that is practically insoluble in water but is soluble in oils and ethanol. The product is used as a fragrance enhancer in alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, confectionery and frostings, frozen dairy products, fruit ices, candy, imitation dairy products, and milk products.
