Monzinger Gelatin®

Monzinger Gelatin® is a neutral gelatin based dip mass that is used in sausages and confectioneries. In addition to being a color and flavor enhancer, it can also be used to protect fish and deli foods from oxygen and dehydration. This product can additionally be used as a binding agent, emulsifier, for building of foam and jelly, foam stabilizer, and texture agent in confectionery products. Monzinger Gelatin® is also used in jellies and aspic products.
