Ingresan G-40 is a stabilizer for soft serve ice-creams and mousse-products. Made with emulsifiers, gelatine, high-quality-milk and whey-proteins. Ingresan G-40 has an excellent mouth-feel with full body properties and creaminess comparable to industrial produced ice-creams and an excellent melting down behavior. With Ingresan G-40 an overrun of 80-100% can be achieved.
