NovaSOL® Rosemary

NovaSOL® Rosemary appears as a dark brown, water and fat soluble, viscous liquid. NovaSOL® Rosemary is a Carnosolic acid (6%) solubilizate that is used in the food and beverage industry as an antioxidant. NovaSOL® Rosemary inhibits the oxidation of fats and oils by functioning as a free radical scavenger, inactivating free radicals as they form and thus blocking oxidation in the early stages. NovaSOL® Rosemary is recommended for use in processed meat and poultry, fats and oils, snack foods, cereal, baked products, frozen foods, dehydrated products, soups, sauces, noodles, seafood, mayonnaise, dressings, confectionery products, and coloring and flavoring materials.
