Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate Anhydrous - also known as Anhydrous TSPP, Sodium Pyrophosphate, or Tetrasodium Diphosphate - is a white crystalline powder with a molecular formula of Na4P2O7. It is certified FCC IV and Kosher. It functions as a coagulant, emulsifier, and sequestrant. This product is commonly used in malted milk powders, instant puddings, cheese, chocolate drink powders, and tuna.
