It is recommended for high solid and solvent-free formulations based on epoxy, polyurethane, thermoplastic polyacrylics and polyaspartics as a plasticizer, hydrophobing agent, resistance enhancer, and viscosity modifier. Best known applications are industrial and marine anti-corrosive paints based on epoxy and polyurethane.
