Huntsman Performance Products is a leading producer of additives for aqueous pigments and coatings. These include amines, such as ethyleneamines and polyetheramines, alkylene carbonates, and a broad spectrum of surfactants and surfactant intermediates. Product applications include dispersants for coatings, amine neutralizers for latex paints, wetting agents, and emulsifiers for polymer dispersion.
2 Results
Non-Yellowing Varnish Huntsman Performance Products Clear coatings based on standard aromatic-based epoxy resins do not hold up well in sunlight. However, solventless coatings of low viscosity having improved U.V. light stability can be formulated from hydrogenated DGEBA type resins, which are nonaromatic.
Wood Consolidation Huntsman Performance Products Old and rotting wood may be "consolidated"-that is, reinforced, filled in, and preserved-by saturation with the attached mixture.
