VEEA™ by Nippon Shokubai is 2-(2-Vinyloxyethoxy)ethyl acrylate monomer. It is unique monomer having radical curable acryloyl group and cationic curable vinyl ether group in the same molecule. It is not inhibited by oxygen, moisture and bases. This hypoallergenic monomer shows excellent UV curability and can be cured by EB (electron beam) curing. Its excellent viscosity and dilutability make the ink composition solvent-free and is rapidly curable in thin film. Provides adhesion, improved ink functionality and enhanced hardness.
