It is used as an anti-skinning agent in clear and pigmented lacquers and paints based on drying oils, alkyd resins and other oils. In primers, Ascinin® P prevents lifting during over-coating. In baking paints, it eliminates surface defects. This product's active substance is not very volatile, so it counteracts wrinkling even in baking paints based, for examply, on ricin alkyds. view less |
