L-2942 may be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions. Complete de-aerating is a requirement for an excellent film formation. Trapped air, pinholes can cause dirt retention and difficulties, when topcoating and polishing. Apart from these surface defects, frequently reductions in gloss and deterioration of water resistance are observed.
