Zinc Dust – Micron 5

Zinc Dust – Micron 5 is made by distilling primary or secondary Zinc in closed, horizontal furnaces. The vapour emitted from the Zinc is led into large condensers, which is condensed as dust. It's particle size is 5 μm. It is a protective coating used in primers for Galvanized Steel, and in the preparation of Zinc rich paints.
