LIOPUR PFL 2315 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on a polyester/polycarbonate combination. It is solvent- and TEA-free. After air-drying, film coatings based on LIOPUR PFL 2315 form transparent films which are tack-free and exhibit good surface hardness. Films based on LIOPUR PFL 2315 are distinguished by high toughness and resilience and tear strength. Owing to its very high abrasion resistance and its excellent chemical resistance, LIOPUR PFL 2315 can be used in combination with water-emulsifiable polyisocyanates for air drying, aqueous, 2-pack parquet floor varnishes. Compared with other 2-pack dispersions, LIOPUR PFL 2315 is distinguished by good grain enhancement of the wood for water-thinnable formulations.
