LIOPUR PFL 1964 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on a polycarbonate. After air-drying, film coatings based on Liopur PFL 1964 form soft and elastics films. Liopur PFL 1964 is suitable as a sole binder and in combination with elastic hydroxy-polyesters or polyurethane dispersions as 2-pack system for soft-feeling and decor paints. As combination partner the polyurethane dispersion Liopur PFL 1953 based on a polyester is recommended in order to find the right balance between price and performance.
