AFCONA - 3772

AFCONA – 3772 is a fluorocarbon modified polyacrylate. This clear to slightly yellow liquid functions as a leveling and surface tension reduction agent that increases the polarity of the polymer, making it compatible with common resins used in coatings. It provides no in-can haziness, anti-flooding and floating properties, prevents craters and orange peel, and helps improve substrate wetting performance. AFCONA – 3772 finds application in aqueous and non-aqueous coatings, solvent-based coatings, high gloss clear coatings, pigmented and matted primers, and in printing inks.
