AFCONA - 2018

AFCONA – 2018 is a silicone-free defoaming agent in a xylene solution. This clear to slightly yellow liquid is recommended for systems in which in-can and dry film transparency is required. It functions to prevent the entrapment of air during processing and is widely compatible, making it suitable for use in clear and high gloss coatings, and can be used in resin manufacturing as a pre-added defoamer. AFCONA – 2018 finds application in polyurethane coatings for wood, acid-curing coatings for wood and etching/wash primers, and in NC lacquers for wood.
