MAYSYN S-168 is designed to outperform EP-fortified soluble oils and semi-synthetics in most operations. It contains no chlorinated, sulfurized, or phosphorous containing additives. In fact, the product’s chemical composition, which provides its complete tramp oil rejection property, makes MAYSYN S-168 incompatible with such materials. MAYSYN S-168 possesses both low foaming characteristics, even in dead soft water, and excellent hard water (600 ppm as CaCO3) stability. This makes it suitable for use across a broad spectrum of applications and water conditions, even Blanchard and/or Double Disc Grinding in all areas of soft water.
