In aqueous finishing enamels, a very high gloss and an extraordinary tinting strength is achieved. Results are particularly good in water-borne alkyde and polyester resins and in polyurethane emulsions. It shortens milling time as pigment agglomerates are ruptured rapidly and stabilised effectively. Hence, sedimentation and in pigment mixtures the separation of pigments respectively floating or flooding during application is prevented. Heavy pigments, which tend to separate in finished products during long storage times, can easily be stirred up.
