It is a highly effective additive based on a straight chain fatty alcohol. It prolongs the 'open time' and often provides elastification whereby cracks in plaster are avoided to a large extent. As far as water adsorption of latex masonry finishes is concerned, tests have shown a neutral behaviour of Loxanol® OT 5846. This product is a white, pumpable paste. view less |
