Due to its hydrophilic character, Bayhydur® XP 2547 can be easily dispersed in the aqueous phase. It is used primarily as the crosslinking agent for waterborne polyol binders (Bayhydrol®). The dispersibility of the product in water is influenced by organic cosolvents. view less
Desmodur® DA-L Covestro (formerly Bayer MaterialScience) 科思创 Desmodur® DA-L is a ydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate. Desmodur® DA-L is a solvent-free liquid polyisocyanate, emulsifiable in aqueous polymer dispersions. Any occasional turbidity or precipitation visible is caused by very small amounts of processing aids. These have no adverse effect on the processing and final properties of the cured adhesives. It can be used as a crosslinking agent for largely pH-neutral aqueous polymer dispersions, such as polyurethane, polyvinylacetate, polyacrylate and synthetic rubber dispersions. Crosslinking raises the resistance of the bonds to heat, water, plasticizers and numerous solvents. This product has an NCO content of 20.0 ± 1%, a viscosity at 23°C of 3,000 ± 600 mPa·s, and a monomeric HDI of ≤ 0.25%. view less

Desmodur® DN is a solvent-free liquid polyisocyanate that is emulsifiable in water. Any occasional turbidity or precipitation visible is caused by very small amounts of processing aids These have no adverse effect on the processing and final properties of the cured adhesives. It can be used as the crosslinker for largely pH-neutral aqueous polymer dispersions including polyurethane, polyvinyl acetate, polyacrylate and synthetic rubber dispersions. Crosslinking increases the resistance of the bonds to heat, water, plasticisers and many solvents. Compared with Desmodur® DA, Desmodur® DN is characterised by its much lower viscosity and is not prone to turbidity at low storage temperatures. This product has an NCO content of 21.8 ± 0.5%, a viscosity at 23°C (rotation) of 1,250 ± 300 mPa·s, and an HDI monomer content of ≤ 0.25%. view less
Desmodur® RN Covestro (formerly Bayer MaterialScience) 科思创 Desmodur® RN is a solution of a polyisocyanurate with aliphatic and aromatic NCO groups in ethyl acetate. It is suitable for crosslinking adhesives based on Desmocoll®, natural or synthetic rubber, especially pale-colored adhesives used to bond rubber materials. . The use of suitable adhesives yields bonds which undergo minimal discoloration on exposure to light. This product has an NCO content of 7.2 ± 0.3%, a non-volatile content of approx. 40%, and a density at 20°C of approx. 1.04g/cm^3. After adding of Desmodur® RN, the ready-to-use two-component adhesive must be used within its pot life. This is not only governed by the polymer content of the adhesive but also by its other components (resins, antioxidants, plasticisers, solvents, etc.). At the end of the pot life, usually several hours or one working day, the adhesive becomes increasingly difficult to work and its viscosity increases rapidly. Finally, irreversible gelling occurs. view less
