It is designed to stop tannin bleed in various waterborne coating systems such as acrylic emulsions and polyurethane dispersions (PUD) applied to a variety of wood species for example, redwood, Merbau, and oak. It offers superior performance without the need for Zn2+ cations thus conforming to European ecolabel requirements.
