Luwipal® 066 is a hexamethoxymethylmelamine resin. Because of its low viscosity, this resin is particularly suited for high-solids coatings. For instance, the solids content of a clear finish formulated with Luwipal® 066 or Luwipal® 066 LF and low-viscosity alkyd or acrylic resins may be as much as 15% higher (Luwipal® 068: 8–10 % higher) than that of a finish of the same viscosity formulated with conventional butanol-etherified melamine resins.
Since the resins cure to produce brittle films, formulations must contain some form of plasticizing cobinder. The resins can be used to formulate acid-curable finishes as well as baking finishes.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
