Irgacure® 2959 9 is a highly efficient non-yellowing radical photoinitiator for the UV curing of systems comprising unsaturated monomers and prepolymers. It is especially suitable where low odor is required and for use in water-based systems based on acrylate or unsaturated polyester resins. The active hydroxyl group can be reacted with suitable functionalized unsaturated resins.
Irgacure® 2959 may be used in UV-curable formulations on substrates such as wood, metal, plastic and paper. The hydroxy-functional group enhances the compatibility of Irgacure® 2959 in water-based coating formulations. This off-white powder demonstrates low volatility and low odor as a pure substance as well as in cured films, compared to other commercially available photoinitiators.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
