Doublecure® 1819DW

Doublecure® 1819DW is a photoinitiator for waterborne UV radiation curing systems. It is especially suited for the curing of pigmented water-borne polyurethane dispersions and the daylight curing of PU dispersed-based clearcoats. Doublecure® 1819DW is a dispersion of Bis-Acyl-Phosphine Oxide in water. This white to slightly yellow liquid can be used in combinations with other photoinitiators such as Doublecure® 173.

It can be used in UV curable formulations for clear or pigmented coatings on wood, metal, plastic, paper as well as for printing inks. In addition, it allows curing of thick sections due to the outstanding absorption.
