Avocadol can be considered as an ‘exotic butter’, in which the most desired compounds are concentrated. It contains useful ingredients like avocado oil, essential fatty acids, and a very high unsaponifiable level, mainly consisting of sterols (approx. 30 %), consisting of mainly beta-sitosterol (typical level in Avocadol ca. 13 %), campesterol and stigmasterol. Avocadol has demonstrated to have beneficial effects on skin moisture, skin elasticity and skin smoothness. It has excellent skin barrier repair functions, as indicated by a reduction in transepidermal water loss (TEWL). It is a versatile product which combines the protective effects of essential fatty acids (eg the omega-6 linoleic acid) and the actions of sterols, which can lead to a better, enhanced, skin barrier and a healthier skin.

Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
