Shea butter, a skin super emollient, is well-known for its moisturizing, calming and skin smoothing properties. With shea butter interspersed within an elastomer network GRANSIL SBG-11 offers unique sensory and performance properties compared to standard silicone elastomer materials. GRANSIL SBG-11 imparts a soft and emollient-creamy skin feel upon application while delivering a lasting barrier function. Most importantly GRANSIL SBG-11 mitigates the potential for comedogenicity as compared to harder butters which can clog skin pores.
