Ecolano™ LN-EA is essentially water-free wool wax consists of a highly refined fat-like substance that is pale yellow, tenacious, unctuous with a faint and characteristic odor. Chemically, it is a complex mixture of esters of aliphatic alcohols, sterols and fatty acids. Anhydrous Lanolin has emulsifying properties forming stable w/o type emulsions. It has a water absorption capacity of up to two or more times of its weight. Anhydrous Lanolin is an effective emollient for the skin. It is a basic ingredient of most cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.

Ecolano LN-EA is the lightest colored grade conforms to USP. The high purity without sacrificing product color makes it ideal for use in topical pharmaceutical preparations, lip products, and baby creams or lotions.
