Double Cream, otherwise known as heavy cream, is produced from raw milk of good bacteriological quality. This product has a pale yellow, silky sheen, with no lumps or flecks of fat with no plugging. It has the aroma of sweet, fresh milk, with a slightly sweet taste with a full dairy flavour and no pronounced aftertaste, with a smooth, creamy texture without lumps. It can be used in Indian cooking, as a base for ice cream preparation, with sea bass or smoked trout.
Dale Farm is a UK dairy farmer co-operative with over 1900 dairy farmers who supply fresh milk. They produce and distribute a large range of dairy products. Dale Farm markets their products across the UK and Ireland and export to over forty five international countries.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
