CARUMA® 30

CARUMA® 30 is a natural ingredient for human food. This product is a carob powder that consists in flour obtained from carob pulp and has a unique flavor that enhances the aroma and taste of the final preparation. It is often used as a substitute for cocoa, and used in roasted coffee, chocolates, infusions, ice creams, yogurts, pastries, and confectioneries. CARUMA® 30 has approximately 40% sugar and 60% solubility in water. This product is low in sodium and does not contain caffeine.
