(2009.12) ACQUISITION ANNOUNCEMENT: THE FANNING CORPORATION AND FANCOR, LTD.

Fancor is one of the largest North American suppliers of lanolin and lanolin derivatives and is a global leader of eco-friendly Meadowfoam and Abyssinian oil derivatives.
