An All Natural Emulsion Stabilizer Made from Orange Pulp
Imulsi-Fi’s™ distinctive cellular structure and unique chemical composition gives the all natural ingredient both hydrophilic and lipophilic properties. Imulsi-Fi will lower interfacial surface tension and stabilize an oil/water interface very efficiently across a range of temperatures. This creates oil/water mixtures ranging in size from 1 to 50 microns that are pH, heat, and freeze/thaw stable. Imulsi-Fi exhibits highly desirable sensory characteristics and has a neutral color and odor.
