The product's ingredients range from rice flour, rice starch, and rice syrup, with protein and, in case of the rice concentrate Nutriz M, also an oil component from rice. Special mixes have been developed for producing rice milks, fruited and fermented drinks and desserts like ice cream, cream desserts and whipped desserts. Accordingly, Nutriz products are a source of highly digestible, readily available carbohydrates, purely based on glucose. Due to the rice protein with its valued profile of essential amino acids, Nutriz products are hypoallergenic and free of gluten.
