Drewplus® L-131 foam control agent was developed for use in controlling foam during the polymerization and stripping operations in the manufacture of polymer latices. It effectively controls foaming in SBR, NBR, PVAC, acrylic and other latex systems. It is especially suitable to control foam in carboxylated styrene butadiene latex used for paper coating and carpet backing.
