Cola®Mate LA-40 MB is a very light colored, mild sulfosuccinate surfactant derived from natural lauryl alcohol. It is more than 65% bio-based carbon content due to the vegetable origin of the lauryl alcohol used in the product. This product is sulfate-free, PEG-free, and 1,4-dioxane-free – making it ideal for natural-based, sulfate-free formulations. It provides very dense, voluminous foam when used to formulate personal cleansers, is mild to the eyes, and is useful in sensitive skin cleansers. Despite its high Krafft point, Cola®Mate LA-40 MB can be used to formulate clear products.
