Extra Virgin Avocado Oil is an unrefined oil, cold pressed and extracted from the fruit flesh of the Avocado, botanically referred to as Persea gratissima. This virgin carrier oil yields a characteristic green appearance with an aroma and flavor profile reminiscent of the fresh fruit. Extra virgin avocado oil is known to be naturally rich in Vitamin E and Oleic Acid content, highly desired attributes sought-after throughout the nutraceutical and cosmetic industries. Personal-care applications for extra virgin avocado oil include skin and hair product formulations in addition to the manufacturing of soaps, shampoos, conditioners, serums, lotions, and pomades. Bulk avocado oil is widely used for food manufacturing and throughout the culinary industry as a popular dressing or addition to dishes for added flavoring.
